Icelandic processor Sjavaridjan recently purchased Valka Cutter for automatically removing pin bones and portion cutting. Although relatively small processor the company sees great opportunities to grow and improve their customer service with the new Cutter. Alexander Kristinsson is the general manager of Sjavaridjan, “The machine fits exactly into our operations as is and will help take a step to the next level in production. The capacity and flexibility that the machine offers will furthermore allow us to increase the production and better respond to the market demand.
